This project adopts the production method of combining thin film evaporation and distillation column under high vacuum condition to remove the heavy component waste oil into crude oil. In the gas phase oriented cracking column, the crude oil is cracked to produce diesel oil through a series of later refining, and qualified diesel products are produced to meet the use standards.
The process includes high vacuum film evaporation Anti-coking technology, the gas phase directed cracking technology, fractional column, rectifying column, Pyrolysis of waste engine oil or heavy oil from long carbon chain (C22-C40) to hydrocarbon (C12-C18) in diesel group. The obtained diesel index are accord with GB19147 standard and have high cetane number characteristics.
Refining process
Refining consists of two parts: degumming and liquid catalyst.
1. Product program
The product scheme of the plant is light component oil diesel - vacuum residue scheme.
The main products are as follows:
Light component oil ---- fuel oil mix
Diesel ----- Finished diesel
Vacuum residue waterproof additive or cracking raw material (cracking as fuel oil)

The physical composition of waste lubricating oil is complex, and it has the properties of high temperature coking and heat sensitivity.
